Polyester Powder Coating

Polyester powder coating is weathering resistant. It is made from carboxyl polyester resin. Polyester powder coating is mainly applied to air conditioners, crust of park appliance, lamp house, open furniture, and so on.

Product series

Polyester powder coating can be categorized into two groups: with TGIC or without TGIC. It can produce the product of high gloss (above 80 percent), sub-gloss (20-50 percent), and the matt. The gloss can also be adjusted according to the client's instruction.

Proportion (25°C.g/cm³): 1.4-1.7
Particle-size distribution: 100 percent lower 100 micron (it can be adjusted according to particular requirement of spray)

Typical curing conditions

200°C (work piece temperature), 15 minutes
